Letters from A Music Nut…
Back some time ago I read a couple of books called Letters from A Nut. There are very few things that made me laugh outloud. I’ve been writing these e-mails to booking agents and I’ve only heard back from one… yes, one. I’ve probably sent out 100 e-mails. So, to make me less annoyed I have to treat myself to something special. I’ve been trying to find the booking agents for these bands to see if I could open up for them:
Bone Thugs n’ Harmony
GWAR
Staind
Cannibal Corpse
which leads me to talk about the latest Cannibal Corpse album. It’s aptly titled: KILL. Some of the song names on this album made me laugh… like “Brain Removal Device” or the ever-so-catchy “Submerged in Boiling Flesh” - man, those guys know how to pick winning song titles!
anyway, I’ve probably done more damage than good with this booking stuff. I need a new plan. Anyone got any ideas?

I would give anything (well, maybe not my iPod…) to see you open for GWAR. I would do the teeny bopper thing too and make a shirt and poster… that would be too freakin’ funny.
I say you start a protest… get a group of people to camp out in front of a booking agency… wait that might not be the best idea…
