I’m Playing City Stages
This is not an april fools joke - it’s for real. Just look in the Sunday Paper.
So, this is the official announcement from me regarding this:
I’m playing this year’s City Stages. I’ll be performing on the Singer-Songwriter Stage (Legacy Federal Stage) with my band on Saturday, June 14th. My name was even in the Sunday edition of the Birmingham News.
This is a huge opportunity for me and I hope that y’all are planning on being in attendance. I mean, The Flaming Lips are playing this festival along with others that aren’t announced yet.
I’ve been sitting on this news all of march and it’s been killing me to say something but my hands were tied but now I can speak freely. I’ll be sure to let y’all know more details as they unfold but it’s going to be a great festival!

and alls I’m sayin’ is: Old Crow Medicine Show, you, and Citizen Cope need to form an uber group. We’ll call you the Old Black Citizens or something maybe not as possibly offensive. It’ll be great.
